Simon had his first full-blown belly laugh today. He actually guffawed (is that a verb)? He started laughing when he got a good look at Devon's bright pink bicycle, then laughed even harder when she started crying because she wanted to walk her bike to the park, not ride it. Is this a harbinger of things to come in the brother/sister department? Yikes, are we ever in for it.
I was also invited to open a GMail account today. Hooray! I wonder if it will actually live up to the hype?
I finished "Waking Beauty" (see Friday's post). It wasn't all that great after all. Basically, a homely woman wakes up one morning supermodel beautiful. The rest of the book is a bit raunchy. Let's just say she was a little deprived in her 'previous' life, and she more than makes up for it later.
Jeff has been asked to take his holidays this week rather than next, so he'll be home starting tomorrow. You should see the to-do list he's made for himself. It's equivalent to ripping down the whole house and starting all over again. I pencilled "have fun" into the final slot on the list.
